BLOWER REBUILDS & UPGRADES

These type of repairs can widely vary from, repairing an older magnesium blower, fixing a damaged blower, to upgrading an existing blower that also needed a freshen up.  This is also the best time to take advantage to polish or re polish the blower if desired. 

A typical example of a rebuild would be a blower that needs new bearings and seals, needs the bottom of the case re surfaced for flatness, honing the case bore to remove any minor scuffing, fixing a couple thread repairs, hard anodizing the blower interior, tighten up some clearances that may be to loose, re timing the rotors, and having the blower re polished.
