YEAR BLOWER KIT WARRANTY
Naturally we
take great pride in our supercharger kits. They are built durable, reliable
and designed to perform. This is why Supercharger USA is very
confident in our product and we do not hesitate to provide you with the
longest blower kit warranty available in the industry. Bottom
line, we stand behind our product 100%!
Supercharger
USA warrants any parts in our blower kits to be free from defect in
material or craftsmanship for a period of 3 Years. Supercharger USA
will repair or replace (at our discretion and in our facility) any product
that is proven to be defective. A blower kit consists of blower,
intake manifold, and complete drive kit. This 3 year warranty is
valid to the original purchaser only, and will take effect from the
date of shipment.
This 3 year
blower kit warranty does not cover products which fail due to: accidents,
alterations, misuse, neglect, racing, improper installation, or used in
applications the blower kit was not designed for.
Products not
purchased as a complete blower kit are not covered under this 3 Year
Warranty. All other warranty and conditions apply as stated below.
GENERAL
WARRANTY AND POLICY
General Information
All information, specifications and prices are subject to change
without notice. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are F.O.B.
Supercharger USA.
Payment & Terms
A 50% deposit is required with all orders over $1,000.00. We accept
all major credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks, bank checks, personal
checks and company checks for deposits. Any orders with a balance due
will be sent C.O.D. "Cash On Delivery" unless other
arrangements are made and approved prior to shipment. All Normal Cancelled orders
are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. ** Any Cancelled Custom Made Orders
are Non-Refundable.** Consumers who attempt a "credit card chargeback" will put their order in an automatic hold until the credit card company issues us a letter. If the merchant company finds in our favor for the chargeback, the customer will be required to do the following: write a letter to Supercharger USA with intent of non dispute, send a payment by check for the balance. Credit card will not be accepted for balance nor can the order be sent out C.O.D.
Shipping & Delivery Time
All orders are sent via UPS to the customer, unless faster shipment
is preferred by customer (additional costs will apply). One
day, two day and three day service is available upon request. All
shipping and handling charges are billed at the prevailing rate and are
the responsibility of the customer. All small parts orders, when in stock, will be shipped out the following shipping day the order is placed and after payment is received. Non custom blower kit orders will normally take up to 8-10 weeks for delivery in our busy season and up to 12-14 weeks on custom blower kits. A custom blower kit is defined as any blower kit containing a 1071 size blower or larger.
Damaged Shipment
Upon receipt of an obviously damaged packaged, you have the option of
refusing delivery and the package will be returned to Supercharger USA
or you may except the order and make a note of the visible damage, in
writing with the carrier. If you except the shipment and upon
inspection, you find damaged parts, you have 48 hours to fill a formal
claim with the carrier. DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED PARTS TO SUPERCHARGER
USA! It is your responsibility to make the claim with the carrier
because you have the damaged parts and the packaging. Keep all packaging
and boxes until the carrier has inspected them. Without the packaging ,
the carrier will not honor the claim.
Shortages
Any shortages and or discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of
the receipt of the merchandise. After the 10 day period, the customer
may be responsible for the replacement of shorted parts.
Returned Parts
Any merchandise to be returned to Supercharger USA, must have a
"RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" issued by our customer service
department which can reached at (714) 578-8200 during our business
hours. Items returned without this number and without a valid reason is
subject to a 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE. All returns must be "PRE-PAID
POSTAGE" and "FULLY INSURED," as we do not except collect
shipments. In cases where a return is do to our error, we will refund or
credit the pre-paid ground freight charges. All returns must be made
within 30 days from the shipping date listed on the invoice. All returns
must be accompanied by a copy of the original packaging slip or invoice
and the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the
outside of the box. Returns not meeting the criteria are not eligible
for full credits or refunds. Merchandised shipped in error will be
exchanged or refunded at no charge. Supercharger USA is not responsible
for unauthorized returns. No returns will be excepted on foreign or
special orders.
Refused Shipments
Any customer who refuses delivery of an order (shipping error or
damaged shipment excluded) will be required to pay any and all freight
charges plus a 15% restocking fee. These charges must be paid in full
before any future orders will be shipped.
Refunds / Credits
Refunds will be given for errors made by Supercharger U.S.A. for the
amount of the merchandise only and does not include any shipping and or
handling charges. Allow 1 to 3 weeks for refund processing.
Refunds will be issued for credit at Supercharger USA, or be refunded to
the customer in the same manner the product was paid for. Credit
cards usually take 1-3 weeks to post on the account. A 15%
restocking fee may apply, depending on the product. Please call in
advance before returning any products for a refund.
General Warranty
Supercharger USA strives to supply our customers with the
highest quality parts and service available in the supercharger
industry. Supercharger USA warrants and will repair or replace at our
option and after inspection in our facility each new manufactured
product to the original purchaser (proof required) to be free from
defects in material and or workmanship for a period of 6 MONTHS from the
invoice date of the products purchased. Original purchaser is defined as
the person(s) or company name appearing in the "Bill To"
section of the original Supercharger USA invoice. The return of any
item for warranty purposes must include the following:
1. Return Authorization Number 2. Letter of
Explanation of the problem 3. Copy of the original invoice
Any and all products returned for warranty purposes must be returned
freight pre-paid. Supercharger USA is not responsible for any freight
or handling charges on warranted products returned to Supercharger
USA. If the products are warranted, Supercharger USA will pay for
ground shipping charges only to return the parts to the customer. This
warranty is for a specific time period only and does not apply to actual
operational time or distance. It does not cover products which fail due
to alteration, disassembly, accident, racing, misuse, neglect, improper
installation, abuse or when used in applications for which they were not
designed or approved. Supercharger USA shall not be liable for non
Supercharger USA Products, that have been purchased through Supercharger
USA, and all warranties will be at the sole discretion of the original
manufacture. Supercharger USA makes no representation as to
the suitability of any products purchased for uses implied by the
customer. Removal, installation, transportation, labor, loss of time,
inconvenience, destruction of other components and personal damages are
not covered. Supercharger USA shall not be liable for any and all
consequential damages occasioned be the breach of any written or implied
warranty pertaining to a sale in excess of the purchase price of the
product sold.
